Testimonials

“My work with Marjet rapidly had a big impact on my growth and development. For years I received similar feedback on my functioning without getting to a breakthrough with other executive coaches. Marjet quickly gained insight into where my barrier was and was able to help me to break down that barrier. The feedback I now get on my functioning has changed positively and the impact I can therefore make on all levels even more. Since then I have recommended Marjet to leaders in my environment many times”
Senior Vice President Finance Royal Philips NV

“During the coaching process with Marjet, in my role as Regional Commercial Director with Heineken International, it struck me in particular how quickly Marjet managed to form an image of the business culture and my role in it, by asking the right questions. By her direct way of working and her focus on ‘output’, I came to a different approach with and thanks to her, which had much more impact. Marjet knew how to identify my “blind spots” and to give me alternatives to change these into efficiency. In later roles I also profited from this. I can therefore heartily recommend Marjet to coach at executive level”.

“During my time as HR Director at NautaDutilh I got to know Marjet as very involved and professional. At the board’s request she set up a very successful coaching program within our company at the time. By using an open approach during her coaching sessions, she manages to win people over without being threatening. Furthermore, she has remarkable empathy as a result of which she can put herself in someone else’s place very well. By holding up a mirror to me in a nice way, new insights arise which I can work with. I therefore heartily recommend her as a coach”.
